General

What Magento versions do you support?

All Dexio extensions support Magento 2.4.4 and later. We test against the latest Magento 2.4.x release and supported PHP versions (currently 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4). Specific version requirements are listed on each extension's documentation page.

Do your extensions work with Adobe Commerce (Cloud)?

Yes. Our extensions are compatible with both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including Cloud deployments. If you encounter any issues specific to Cloud, contact our support.

How do I install an extension?

All extensions are installed via Composer. After purchase, you'll receive access to our Composer repository. Detailed installation steps are in the installation guide for each extension.

Licensing

How does licensing work?

Each license covers one Magento installation (production). You can also use it on development and staging environments linked to that production instance at no extra cost. Multi-store setups on a single Magento installation need only one license.

What happens when my license expires?

When your license period ends, the extension continues to work — you just won't receive new updates or support until you renew. You're never locked out of software you've already installed.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase if the extension doesn't work as documented and we're unable to resolve the issue. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Support

How do I get support?

Email support@dexio.dev with your Magento version, PHP version, and a description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day. Please check the documentation first — many common questions are already answered there.

Do you offer custom development?

We focus on our published extensions and don't generally take custom development projects. However, if you have a specific need that might fit as an extension, feel free to reach out — we're always interested in hearing what problems stores are facing.

Can I modify the extension source code?

Yes. You can modify the source code for your own use. However, we can only provide support for unmodified versions. If you've made changes, we'll ask you to reproduce the issue on a clean installation before troubleshooting.
